I have a friend with a 20 year old Guild D-55. It's a nice guitar, but the finish is literally at this point lifting off the peghead in a lot of spots, and other areas. It's pretty yellow so I would assume given the age, color it's nitro. He needs the whole guitar re-finished along with some inlay I am doing for him. He's not worried about it being old, etc../ collectible. Anyone out there available, and with quotes? I assume it needs some fretwork and a setup as well. Please let me know if your interested. Graig will ktm9 do or does your cient require nitro or cat poly. If ktm 9 , French polish or nito is ok could we work out a barter on a batch of logos? PM me |
